LAM Testimony: “My wife and I had been together but separate in our own home.”
I didn’t know what to expect. My wife and I had been together but separate in our own home. We tried communicating but there was so much time passed between us (7 months). We weren’t sleeping in the same bed, we got by on daily tasks, but my soul was being taken from me one day at a time and I was wondering if we’d ever find a solution. I personally was hesitant and went to the workshop with a closed mind but as we were put into our LAM group family, I soon realized we were not alone, the wounds slowly started healing and we were given the tools necessary to get our marriage back on track. I hadn’t been in the same room as my wife for that period of time and by day two of the sex challenge, we were sharing an intimate hug and dance to sleeping in the same bed and cuddling again. The tools that I gained in this workshop to “nail the lies to the cross” was something that resonated strongly. The Holy Spirit was with our family as we grew daily in our bond together to finally having the biggest tool of the whole weekend which for me was, learning how to RECONCILE!!!!
